Return & Refund Policy

Returns within 7 days

An unworn, undamaged piece may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date at the store where it was purchased. The original invoice and the original packaging and certificate must be produced.

• The piece must be in original condition, without scratches, resizing or alteration.
• The hallmark and tag must be intact.
• Custom-made and personalised orders cannot be returned.

How a refund is calculated

On an approved return within 7 days, the metal value is refunded at the TRG buying rate applicable on the date of return. Making charge and GST already paid are refunded in line with the terms shown on your invoice. Gold prices move both ways, so the amount refunded may be more or less than what you paid.

Buyback after 7 days

After the return window, a piece bought from TRG may be sold back to us at any time under our buyback terms. Purity is tested in your presence, the applicable deduction is disclosed in writing, and payment is made by bank transfer to the account of the person named on the original invoice.

Refund method and timeline

• Refunds are made to the original payment method wherever possible.
• Bank transfers are usually completed within 7 working days of approval.
• Cash refunds are not made where the original payment was not in cash.
• Refunds are made only to the person named on the original invoice.

How to start a return

Visit the store of purchase with the piece, the invoice and your photo ID. If that is not practical, call 011 6931 0245 or write to info@trgjewellers.com and we will guide you.
